Level 9 Girls do it BIG at Regionals!......Nicole Moss, Fiona Stefanik and Sami Martin qualify to the Region 2 Western Team. They will compete in St. Louis, MO in May. And congrats to Sami Martin...she won the GOLD MEDAL...the first place...the BIG KAHUNA....Way to go, girl!.
January 2008 GOLD: Gold Star wins the Golden Gate International Invitational in California...Level 7 wins Silver and Level 8/9 wins the Gold!!! Meet was attended by Australia, Mexico and USA.

We offer a full range of men and women's competitive gymnastics. From the first step, our developmental program, to our National ranked athletes...we do it all. Some of our athletes have finished with us and gone on to college.
These athletes have attended such universities as: UCLA, University of Arizona, Alabama, University of Minnesota, Arizona State University, Washington State University, University of Washington, Pepperdine, Stanford, San Jose State, Boise State and more.
The T.O.P.S. USA-Gymnastics Program at Gold Star Gymnastics is proving to be a powerful program, complete with national level contenders. For the past two years, Gold Star has had the largest number of qualified athletes to the TOPS National ranking.
Our girls and boys developmental program is the stepping stone between our recreational and our competitive programs. Our curriculum is researched to give the advantage to the athlete... to stimulate their learning in a faster-paced, progressive yet save manner.
We have several levels within the Developmental Program, set by both age and ability. Each group has a specific pre-set curriculum that includes dance. Both girls and boys developmental teams are by invitation only.
Girls Developmental:
Little Stars-I: Sparks - 4-6 year olds USAG Pre-Level 1 and Creative Movement Dance
Flares - 5-7 year olds USAG Level 1 and Pre-Ballet
Little Stars-II: Mini Stars - 5-7 year olds USAG Level 2 and Pre-Ballet
Bright Stars 6-9 year olds USAG Level 3/4 and Ballet I
Little Stars-III: Shining Stars 7-10 year old USAG Level 4/5 and Ballet II

Compulsory and Optional Teams: We offer an extensive program for girls wishing to compete. We have many levels of teams for athletes with different levels of commitment. We offer Level 3 and Level 4 beginning, Prep Optional for the Junior High to High Schooler and of course, our very competitive and successful Level 5 -10 Levels. Gold Star Gymnastics is the Washington leader in the USA TOPS program.

Rocketman-I: 4-6 year olds USAG Pre Future Stars
