Dear Athletes and Families and Gymnastics Community,
With the graduation of my daughter Naomi this year, I have decided to give myself a break from the sport of my dreams. From a very early age, my life was 100% gymnastics and I have accomplished most of the goals I set for myself. I wore USA on my back and represented our county in competition. I taught special needs athletes and delivered a former gymnasts baby. I have watched my athletes fall, fail, win, recover, but most rewardingly, never give up. Coaching for 30+ years has allowed me to share my wealth of knowledge, my passion for the sport and life lessons with over 500 team athletes.
All of you will be in my heart…and you all have made me a better person.
Dave Hancock will be the new owner of new dreams and creations. Please allow his dreams to flourish and be nurtured by working together towards a common goal.
I am not leaving the area, but passing the baton. I will continue to support the gymnastics community here and throughout the USA. Good luck in the future…and if you need me for anything, please do not hesitate!

A POEM FOR MY FRIENDS
When I think of my life
Spent in a gym with my girls
All of them hungry and dreaming
And doing their curls
Memories are abound,
With so many to be
But I cannot choose just one
To remember just thee
For all of my years
Playing mom to so many
For I am the richest
Go count to the penny
From the way of my work
To my inquisitive mind
You all never gave up
And the path you did find
Train and work hard
Go forward and play,
Forever you will be
Connected to this day
So today as we part
For none of us far
We will remember our past
And our future, a star
